"Low Fat" May Not Be Better!
Many low fat foods have decreased calories,
but the sugar content is often greatly increased to make up for the loss of
flavor by taking out the fat. This is a bad trade-off!
For example, fat free ranch dressing has triple the sugar of regular ranch dressing, around 12-15 gm per serving. This is two or three spoonfuls of sugar! No wonder it tastes sickeningly sweet! (actually literally "sickeningly") Watch the nutrition labels carefully whenever you see "low fat" or "reduced fat" on the label.
Other products try to be healthy, but somehow miss the point. For example, plain Quaker Oats is a great product with soluble fiber and virtually no fructose. Yet, in trying to get the public to accept the taste, they get carried away with the added sugar. [Suggestion: get plain Quaker Oats and add fruit. If you need it to be sweeter, add Splenda.]

It has "real Raisin, Date & Walnut" but also has plenty of real SUGAR!
